  Level 5 Professional Diploma Course: Awarded to Healthcare Assistants’

Requirements:

– Senior Secondary School Certificate (WASCE/GCE/NABTEB/NECO) in Arts,

Commercial, Technical or Science Subjects

– Viable International Passport

– 4 Colour Passport photographs on white background

– Birth Certificate

– Evidence of State of Origin

– Clearance from fingerprint section off criminal records

– Medical Certificate of Fitness

Course duration is 6 months intensive clinical practice

Merits of Health Assistant Course : The resultant effect of universal shortage of healthcare workforce over the decades made it compulsory to give interested applicants the opportunity to display their abilities to care for the various categories of clients. Hence the course is short, everyone who is mentally, socially, and physically fit both male and female between ages 22 years to 56 years can apply. Most of our graduates work in care homes, gerontology centres, mentally recovering elderly centres in diaspora and locally too. Since the year 2020, UA has been training HCA’s via our highly competent teachers and clinicians who corroborates class theories with clinical practice at the various healthcare facilities and eventually awarding the Level 5 Pro. Dip. to our fully baked products who readily fits into the healthcare workforce both at home and overseas.
